Prove the route.
Then repeat it.

A pilot confirms that the inventory, approved collection scope, evidence transfer and assessor review work together in your operating environment.

  1. Agree the vessel and questions. Confirm the systems in scope, available inventory, access approvals and intended report.
  2. Prepare the inventory and kits. Identify relevant systems and approved segments. Tailor collection only after the operator agrees the boundary.
  3. Collect and review. An authorised technician collects evidence. The assurance team validates it, identifies gaps and approves the findings.
  4. Decide whether to expand. Review evidence completeness, crew effort, exceptions and reporting usefulness before adding vessel classes.
A pilot is a scoped engagement.

There is no generic vessel installer to run without preparation. Software, onboarding and professional review are quoted separately. Timing depends on readiness and approvals.
